  • Aquaculture nutrition, taurine, fishmeal and fish oil replacement in aquafeeds, metabolomics, transcriptomics and gene expression, parasite detection

  • Developing quantitative PCR (qPCR) assays for the detection of an invasive eel parasite
  • Evaluation of a qPCR assay for the detection of Kudoa in spotted seatrout
